A reputable law firm in Grantham, part of the legal top 500, is currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor in Wills, Trust and Probate to join their private client department on a permanent basis. Full-time or part-time options are considered. The firm offers a strong career progression pathway.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge in wills, probate and trusts, including the administration of estates, from basic estates falling below the IHT threshold to more valuable and taxable estates, tax treatment, creation of trust and intestacy procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice on basic and complex wills, LPAs and power of attorney matters.
- Manage own caseload on private client matters.
- Handle probate and estate administrations.
- Planning for estate and tax matters related to divorce.
- Set up discretionary trusts and life interest trusts.
- Business development and attract new clients.
- Provide support to junior team members.
- Knowledge in private client law.
