We are currently working with a fantastic firm who are looking to hire a Solicitor to join their Private Client team.

This is a great opportunity for a talented, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing bespoke, high-quality legal advice to a variety of clients.

The firm prides itself on its approachable attitude towards both staff and clients, offering a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.

Typical duties would include:

  • Providing bespoke estate planning advice to mid to high-net-worth clients.
  • Preparing complex Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Administering taxable and non-taxable estates.
  • Preparing Trust documentation and advising trustees on their duties and obligations.
  • Providing business succession planning to sole traders, partners, and shareholders.
  • Supporting and advising other team members on complex matters, particularly trusts and taxation.

The successful candidate:

  • 4+ years PQE with experience in all areas of Private Client work, especially trusts, taxation, and lifetime planning.
  • Experience preparing self-assessment tax returns.
  • SFE and/or STEP membership (desirable).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
