Private Client Associate Location: London Salary: £45,000 + (DOE) We are working with a well-established law firm, who are seeking a Private Client Associate to join their expanding Private Client team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners on a broad and interesting caseload of private client matters, in a firm that offers real scope for career growth and a genuinely team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities • Running your own caseload of private client matters, including will drafting, estate administration, trusts, tax planning and lasting powers of attorney, with support from senior colleagues where needed. • Advising a broad range of clients, from individuals and families to trustees and executors, on matters relating to wealth protection, succession planning and estate management. • Assisting Partners and senior fee earners with more complex and high-value matters, while giving clients clear, considered advice and a consistently high standard of service. • Helping to develop junior colleagues and playing a part in the team's broader knowledge-sharing and professional development. • Cultivating lasting client relationships and getting involved in the firm's marketing and business development activity to help the practice grow. The Ideal Candidate • A qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE and a solid grounding in private client work. • Sound technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a practical, client-focused approach to advising on personal and family matters. • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport easily with clients and colleagues alike. • A supportive, team-focused mindset paired with real ambition to progress and help the department expand. • A genuine interest in networking and business development, with an eagerness to raise your own professional profile.
