An established and growing distributor of beauty and medical aesthetics products is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join its UK-based team. The business represents a portfolio of high-quality, scientifically credible products and is known for delivering excellent service and strong customer relationships. The company supplies a broad range of professional products across the aesthetics and healthcare sectors, alongside certified training programmes for medical and aesthetic professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage and grow key accounts through regular contact and support.
- Present products and services professionally, including demonstrations and training options.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
- Travel nationally as required, with occasional overnight stays.
- Attend and support training and educational days.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management (experience within aesthetics, healthcare, beauty or a related industry is essential – e.g., dermal fillers, microneedling, cosmeceuticals).
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and organised approach.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working independently in the field.
- A positive team player keen to contribute to a growing business.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Scientific, medical or related qualification.
Candidates will be expected to come to the Cambridge-based office once a week and work a field-based sales role with travel across the UK. The company offers a competitive base salary, a company car, and a team-based bonus (rather than individual). The work environment is collaborative and team-oriented.
