Typical duties would include
- Advising on and pursuing employment and industrial relations issues in tribunals and courts.
- Managing your own caseload from initial advice through to litigation.
- Representing trade union and professional association members, as well as private individual clients.
- Dealing with clients at all levels of seniority across diverse business sectors (e.g., rail/transport, manufacturing, education, health, public sector, sport, music industry).
- Contributing to the firm’s marketing and business development strategy by producing written content.

- Newly Qualified Solicitor with previous experience in Employment Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in dealing with people at all levels of seniority, both internally and externally.
- Proactive and detail-oriented; eager to learn and develop.
