Job Description Title: Travel Consultant (15 month contract)Location: NewmarketSalary: £26,000 - £28,000Monday Friday 9:00-5:30pm (fully office based)We are recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join a Worldwide travel team on a temporary basis. This is a fully office-based role, working across a range of travel products including cruises, package holidays, escorted tours and tailor-made itineraries.
You will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service, managing client travel requirements efficiently and professionally.
Handling incoming enquiries and recommending suitable travel arrangements based on client preferences and budgetBooking a variety of travel products including cruises, tours and bespoke itinerariesCollecting balance payments and responding to general travel-related queriesLiaising with internal departments, including Accounts, to resolve queriesSupporting the Department Supervisor with administrative tasks and projectsIdeal Candidate: A genuine interest in travel, with personal travel experience or a passion for the industryConfident communicator with a professional and courteous approachStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiriesHave a positive, proactive and can-do approachPlease apply via the advert or contact Megan at Eclectic Recruitment for more information.
