We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fantastic, family-feel business based in Newmarket, who are looking to add a Customer Service Assistant to their friendly and supportive team as soon as possible. Main Duties:
- Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries
- Processing customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Developing strong product knowledge
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties
