We are delighted to be working exclusively with a long-established and highly regarded organisation based in Newmarket, who are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support a senior member of the leadership team. This is a varied and trusted position within a friendly and professional office environment, offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a close-knit team.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Operations Director, whilst also assisting with a range of internal coordination and HR-related duties. The role would suit somebody highly organised, discreet and personable, who enjoys working in a busy and collaborative environment.
Main Duties Include:- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Director
- Managing correspondence, scanning, filing, proof-reading and document preparation
- Preparing meeting packs, agendas and draft minutes
- Assisting with internal meetings and company events
- Maintaining holiday, overtime and leave records
- Supporting onboarding activities for new starters
- Assisting with confidential HR and operational administration
- Responding to telephone and email queries professionally and efficiently
- Providing additional support to wider management teams when required
- Previous experience within a PA, Team Assistant or Administration position
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A professional and confidential approach
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- The ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy office environment
