We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded regional firm. The successful candidate will take on a senior position within a supportive and professional environment, handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property work while contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Typical Duties Will Include:
- Advising clients on a range of commercial property transactions
- Developing and growing your own client base
- Providing high-quality, tailored legal advice in a timely and effective manner
- Managing client matters efficiently and profitably
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
The Successful Candidate:
- Will have 6+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
- A strong track record advising on commercial property matters
- Solid knowledge of commercial agreements, data protection and intellectual property
- Excellent commercial awareness and sound judgement
- Strong communication, organisation and client development skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
