We are working with a well-established and reputable firm who are seeking a Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their busy team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering exposure to a wide range of high-quality personal injury and clinical negligence matters, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role provides the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, develop your expertise, and work closely with experienced colleagues to deliver excellent client outcomes. The team handles cases from initial instruction through to settlement, providing a structured yet flexible approach to support professional development.
Typical duties would include:
- Managing a caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence claims
- Acting on claims for accidents at work, road traffic accidents, and medical negligence
- Liaising with clients, insurers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Running files from instruction through to settlement or trial
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining excellent client care
The successful candidate will be:
- Qualified as a solicitor, with NQ to 5 years PQE in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
- Confident in managing a caseload independently, with strong organisational skills
- Detail-orientated and client-focused, with excellent communication skills
- Keen to develop their career within a collaborative and supportive team environment
