Offer | Circa £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
We are working with a well-established law firm seeking an NQ Employment Solicitor to join their growing Employment team based in Luton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and highly regarded team. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working closely with both employers and employees.
Duties
- Managing a varied caseload of employment matters
- Providing advice on employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Supporting clients with disciplinary, grievance and redundancy processes
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and litigation matters
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting senior fee earners on complex employment matters
Successful Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Previous employment law experience gained during training or post-qualification
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Excellent drafting and organisational abilities
- A proactive and commercial approach to legal work
- Ability to manage a varied workload effectively
