We are working with a reputable and long-established regional firm, who are seeking a Generalist Litigator to join their busy and well-regarded Dispute Resolution team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team handling a broad range of litigation work, including civil, commercial and property disputes. The firm is known for its strong client relationships, down-to-earth culture, and commitment to developing its people.
Typical duties would include:
- Managing a varied caseload of civil, commercial and property-related disputes.
- Providing pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to businesses and individuals.
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, and settlement terms.
- Handling matters through negotiation, mediation, and litigation where necessary.
- Working closely with colleagues on complex or high-value matters.
- Playing an active role in business development and maintaining client relationships.

- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in dispute resolution / general litigation.
