Key Eligibility Criteria
- 3β6 years' PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales (4+ years' PQE is particularly attractive).
- Current or recent private practice experience is essential.
- Strong expertise in GDPR, data protection, privacy, and commercial technology contracts.
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, outsourcing, software licensing, distribution, or EULA agreements.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advising commercial clients on technology, data protection, privacy, and digital regulatory matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial technology agreements, SaaS, software licensing, outsourcing, and support agreements.
- Drafting and reviewing privacy notices, data processing agreements, transfer arrangements, and data protection impact assessments.
- Assessing new products, services, and features against emerging UK and EU digital regulatory requirements, including AI, online platforms, ePrivacy, and adtech.
- Working directly with clients and senior stakeholders while supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base Pay Range: Β£80,000.00/yr - Β£95,000.00/yr (Actual pay based on skills and experience)
Mode: On-site / Private Practice (London, UK)
