Research Projects Manager Hybrid Cambridge | Full-Time, Permanent | £32,000£40,000 DOE We are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge who are looking for an experienced Research Projects Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis. Main duties will include: Managing research and evaluation projects from planning through to successful delivery Designing and delivering surveys, questionnaires and other research activities Collecting, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data Conducting interviews, focus groups and evidence reviews Producing high-quality reports, presentations and briefing papers for a range of audiences Translating research findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations Working closely with clients, funders and external stakeholders throughout project delivery Supporting funding proposals and contributing to the development of new research opportunities Ensuring research is conducted ethically and in line with data protection requirements The successful candidate will have: Experience delivering research and/or evaluation projects from design through to completion Experience using qualitative, quantitative or mixed-method research approaches Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify meaningful insights from data Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing reports for a variety of audiences Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience using research and analytical software such as SPSS, R, Stata, NVivo or similar would be advantageous Experience working with universities, research organisations, charities or the public sector would be beneficial If this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for, please apply via the advert or contact Megan at Eclectic Recruitment for more information.
