Private Client Associate
We are working with a well-established law firm, who are seeking a Private Client Associate to join their expanding Private Client team.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners on a broad and interesting caseload of private client matters, in a firm that offers real scope for career growth and a genuinely team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Running your own caseload of private client matters, including will drafting, estate administration, trusts, tax planning and lasting powers of attorney, with support from senior colleagues where needed.
- Advising a broad range of clients, from individuals and families to trustees and executors, on matters relating to wealth protection, succession planning and estate management.
- Assisting Partners and senior fee earners with more complex and high-value matters, while giving clients clear, considered advice and a consistently high standard of service.
- Helping to develop junior colleagues and playing a part in the team's broader knowledge-sharing and professional development.
- Cultivating lasting client relationships and getting involved in the firm's marketing and business development activity to help the practice grow.

- A qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE and a solid grounding in private client work.
- Sound technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a practical, client-focused approach to advising on personal and family matters.
