Eclectic Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, commercially-minded solicitor with strong language skills in Mandarin or Cantonese.

You will be handling a broad range of corporate immigration matters, working closely with long-standing clients and providing high-quality, strategic advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of corporate immigration matters

• Advising clients on visa applications, sponsorship, compliance and strategic workforce mobility

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Supporting the wider team with complex immigration queries

• Using Mandarin or Cantonese language skills in a professional context

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Immigration Law

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken and written preferred)

• Strong technical knowledge of UK immigration regulations

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
