Eclectic Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable law firm based in Barking, who are seeking a Legal Aid Family Solicitor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Family Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of Legal Aid family matters and delivering high-quality legal services to clients. Duties will include:
- Managing a caseload of Legal Aid family law matters
- Advising clients on a range of family law issues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Taking detailed instructions and progressing matters efficiently
- Drafting legal documents and preparing case summaries
- Attending court hearings where required
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working as a Family Solicitor
- Qualification as a Solicitor of England and Wales
- Experience handling Legal Aid matters
- Strong IT proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload
What’s On Offer
Competitive salary of £35,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
