This role would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating orders and resolving queries, while maintaining a high standard of service. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Key responsibilities: Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing accurate and helpful information. Processing orders and ensuring customer details and records are kept up to date. Coordinating with internal departments to resolve queries and support timely deliveries. Handling customer issues professionally, following them through to a satisfactory resolution. Building positive working relationships with customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate: Previous experience in a customer service, sales administration or similar customer-facing role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities. A professional, helpful and solution-focused approach. Good attention to detail and confidence using standard office systems.
