Founded by lawyers from leading City, international, and US firms, the firm delivers direct partner attention and commercially astute advice across corporate, commercial, disputes, regulatory, and tax matters, with a client base spanning sport, finance, infrastructure, hospitality, technology, and real estate.
Due to sustained growth and an abundance of instructions, they are now seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their corporate team, advising on the full transactional lifecycle from M&A and capital markets to asset management, investments, and shareholder arrangements, acting on complex, often cross-border matters for a sophisticated client base.
