We are currently working with an excellent firm based in Stoke who are looking to hire an experienced and proactive Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and highly regarded dispute resolution team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a fantastic team and handle a diverse caseload.
You'll take the lead on a variety of cases while also playing a crucial second-in-command role on more significant, high-value matters.
Typical duties will include:
- Leading and assisting on shareholder disputes.
- Managing and advising on various County Court matters.
- Handling debt collection proceedings.
- Resolving property disputes.
The successful candidate will have:
- 6+ years PQE in litigation.
- A proven track record of handling a diverse caseload for owner-managed businesses.
- Experience with shareholder disputes, debt collection, and property disputes.
- Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills for County Court work.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
