Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking law firm based in Whitechapel, renowned for providing high-quality legal services across London and the surrounding areas. With a strong commitment to client care and professional excellence, they are now seeking a Litigation Solicitor (1 Year PQE+) to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from instruction to resolution.
- Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and pleadings.
- Conducting legal research and providing clear, strategic advice to clients.
- Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Assisting senior solicitors and partners on complex cases as required.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in litigation.
- Experience handling a mixed caseload of civil and/or commercial disputes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work fully office-based (no hybrid working available).
