Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor (2–7 PQE)

We are seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate to join our expanding disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex commercial matters and progress within the firm.

The Role

You will work on a wide range of general commercial litigation matters, including:

  • Contractual and business disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership issues
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Debt and insolvency‑related litigation
  • Interim relief, injunctions, and settlement negotiations

You will work closely with partners while gaining real responsibility for files, clients, and strategic input.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 2–7 years’ PQE in commercial litigation
  • Strong drafting, advocacy, and case‑management skills
