A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team. The successful candidate will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a busy Private Client department.

  • Opening, closing and archiving files
  • Liaising with clients both over the phone and in person
  • Assisting with billing, time recording and compliance processes
  • Supporting the preparation of Wills, LPAs and other Private Client documentation
  • Assisting with the storage and retrieval of original legal documents

Confident Microsoft Office skills are required.
