Eclectic Recruitment is partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit ambitious Arbitration Associates and Senior Associates to join its highly regarded disputes practice in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading team acting on complex, high-value international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will work alongside leading partners and experienced practitioners on sophisticated cross-border disputes, representing multinational corporations, financial institutions, sovereign states, and state-owned entities in some of the most significant arbitration matters in the market.
The team advises on a wide range of international commercial and investor-state disputes under the rules of major arbitral institutions, offering exposure to high-profile matters from inception through to enforcement.
About You
- We are interested in speaking with candidates at either Associate or Senior Associate level.
- Associate (2–3 PQE)
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor.
- Trained and retained at a reputable UK law firm, ideally a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, leading international, or US firm.
- Strong experience in international commercial arbitration.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client management skills.
- Demonstrable interest in complex cross-border disputes.
- Senior Associate (5–7 PQE)
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor.
- Extensive experience advising on international commercial and investment treaty arbitration matters.
- Proven track record of managing and leading significant arbitration cases.
- Experience supervising junior lawyers and taking responsibility for key workstreams.
- Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced international practice.
