We are currently working with a great firm based in London who are looking to hire a Practice Manager to replace a long-standing member of the team. They would be open to candidates on either a full-time or part-time basis.

For someone joining the team on a full-time basis, it would be advantageous if the successful candidate had previous experience working as a Legal Cashier as part of a role or as a sole role as this would form part of the role.

Typical duties would include:

  • Responding to office queries from the SRA
  • Liaising with the companies IT firm and different suppliers to ensure a smooth running of the office.
  • Managing practice certificate and professional indemnity (PI) renewals.
  • Dealing with HR queries from the wider team.

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience working within a solicitors practice in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of the SRA rules and regulations that may affect the firm.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Well organised with a high level of attention to detail.
