This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied private client caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Typical duties for the role will include: Managing your own private client caseload.
Handling wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney matters.
Advising clients on estate planning and succession matters.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supporting the continued growth of the private client department.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
The successful candidate will have: Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced non-admitted private client practitioner.
Experience handling a private client caseload.
Strong experience across wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney.
Excellent communication, drafting and client care skills.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
STEP membership or Accredited Lifetime Lawyer status would be advantageous.
