An established and well regarded law firm is looking to appoint an Insolvency Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of complex insolvency and commercial litigation matters, advising a varied client base while developing your career within a highly regarded practice.
Typical duties include: Managing a varied caseload of insolvency and commercial litigation matters.
Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to a wide range of clients.
Supporting Partners on complex matters while taking responsibility for your own files.
Mentoring and assisting junior members of the team where appropriate.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of client service.
The successful candidate will have: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 3 to 10 years' PQE.
Experience handling insolvency matters, with commercial litigation experience being advantageous.
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
A proactive, client focused approach with excellent communication skills.
The ability to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a wider team.
