Role | In-House Litigation Solicitor

Level | Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years litigation experience

Based | Huntingdon

Hybrid | 4 days working from home

Offer | £60,000 – £75,000 per annum + fantastic benefits package

We are working with a fantastic organisation based in Huntingdon to provide legal support to the company's criminal litigation team with an emphasis on the company’s recycling workstreams.

Typical duties include:

  • Investigating incidents and preparing evidence for both company prosecutions and defence against regulatory actions
  • Supporting regulatory interviews
  • Advising internal stakeholders on prosecution strategy
  • Managing external legal resources

The successful candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 3+ years litigation experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently
  • Commercially minded
