The predicted salary is between 42500 - 58500 £ per year.

We are currently working with a fantastic organisation who are looking to hire a Commercial Legal Counsel to manage their contentious and commercial legal matters. This role would ideally be based on 4 days a week, but for the right candidate they would be open to someone on a full-time basis or 3 longer days a week.

Typical duties would include:

  • Drafting and negotiating a wider range of commercial agreements
  • Advising the business on compliance with procurement legislation
  • Managing disputes with contractors
  • Providing legal counsel and training to wider departments
  • Managing external legal resources where required

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with significant experience in Commercial Law, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, able to work independently, and commercially minded.
