We are delighted to be growing our team and are seeking an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our legal team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties will include:
- Source candidates using various platforms including our Bullhorn CRM, Reed, CV Library and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Developing new business and existing business
- Building relationships with existing clients
- Formatting CVs
- Taking full job briefs from clients
- Writing job descriptions to advertise on our website and job boards
- Responding to suitable applications and searching for candidates via a range of techniques
- Providing an honest and consultative service to clients and candidates alike
- Arranging interviews and preparing candidates beforehand
- Negotiating job offers and managing client and candidate expectations
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous sales or office based customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A confident, tenacious personality
- Strong organisation skills
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge
