We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join a growing Construction Disputes team within a well-established Dispute Resolution practice. This is a key opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-value matters and play a visible role in the team’s continued growth.

Typical duties will include:

  • Managing a caseload of complex construction disputes
  • Handling disputes through adjudication, mediation and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court.
  • Leading matters end-to-end, including strategy, client advice and overall delivery.
  • Working closely with clients, experts and counsel while building strong relationships.

The successful candidate:

  • Has up to 8 years PQE in contentious construction.
  • Is confident managing complex matters and advising clients directly.
  • Has experience of adjudication and TCC / High Court proceedings.
  • Demonstrates strong commercial judgement and a pragmatic approach.
  • Is keen to take on responsibility and contribute to team growth.
