Eclectic Recruitment is working with a highly regarded international law firm in London, that is looking to recruit a Funds Associate into its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a 1–4 PQE lawyer with experience in investment funds to join a well-established practice, advising an impressive client base across a broad range of private funds matters.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Advising on the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds
  • Drafting and negotiating fund documentation
  • Advising fund managers and sponsors throughout the fund lifecycle
  • Acting on investor-side matters and reviewing investment documentation
  • Working closely with colleagues across corporate, regulatory and tax teams

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • 1–4 years' PQE
  • Experience within investment funds, private funds and/or fund formation
  • Training and/or post-qualification experience with a recognised UK, international or specialist law firm
  • Strong drafting and technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach
