We are working with a reputable law firm based across Lincolnshire and the Midlands are recruiting for a Family Solicitor to work in their Lincoln office, however they would be open to candidates working across other offices that they have across Lincolnshire and the Midlands.
The firm are looking to hire someone with previous experience working within a similar area of law who is looking to continue to grow and develop.
Typical duties would include:
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters.
- Handle divorce, property/finances, and children issues.
- Advise on pre/post-nuptial agreements.
- Dealing with non-molestation applications.
The successful candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE (however an NQ Solicitor would be considered)
- Excellent communication skills for clear advice and building rapport.
- Proactive and detail-oriented; eager to learn and develop.
- Committed to teamwork and contributing to the firm's success.
