We are working with a top law firm based close to Swadlincote who are looking to hire qualified Solicitors into their Family Law team as they continue to grow. This role is a growth position and the firm would be open to taking more than one person in the team due to the significant rise in work they’ve had recently. They’re looking for someone with 5+ years PQE who can help to grow the team again in the future.
Typical duties would include:
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters.
- Handle divorce, property/finances, and children issues.
- Advise on pre/post-nuptial agreements.
- Deal with non-molestation applications.
The successful candidate:
- Qualified solicitor with 5 years+ PQE.
- Comfortable managing own caseload.
