Our client, a global technical company, are currently looking for an Export Administrator to join their team on a part-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for keeping track of export shipments, updating customers with shipment details.
- Ensure goods are collected and shipped on time.
- Create and maintain records for each shipment, including necessary documents.
- Communicate shipment details with customers daily.
- Adhoc administration as required.
The successful candidate:
- Previous Administration and Customer Service experience essential.
- Knowledge of Export highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, methodical and reliable.
