Our client, a global technical company, are currently looking for an Export Administrator to join their team on a part-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for keeping track of export shipments, updating customers with shipment details.
  • Ensure goods are collected and shipped on time.
  • Create and maintain records for each shipment, including necessary documents.
  • Communicate shipment details with customers daily.
  • Adhoc administration as required.

The successful candidate:

  • Previous Administration and Customer Service experience essential.
  • Knowledge of Export highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, methodical and reliable.
