Due to continued growth, a well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Property Solicitor to join its expanding Property team in Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor looking to build their career within Residential Property, working on a varied caseload while benefiting from excellent training, support and long-term progression opportunities.
The Role
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
- Self-build property transactions
Whilst experience in self-build or new-build transactions would be advantageous, it is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
The Team
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative Property team, working alongside experienced lawyers who are committed to developing junior talent and providing high levels of client service.
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor
- Previous experience within Residential Property during training or post-qualification
- Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Commercially aware and client-focused approach
- Keen to develop specialist expertise within Property law
