We are working with an established and well-regarded law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing team in Chelmsford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to work on a broad range of high value commercial property matters while building long-term relationships with a varied client base.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering commercially focused legal advice across complex transactions.
Typical duties include: Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters.
Managing a varied caseload of complex commercial property transactions with minimal supervision.
Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and development agreements.
Providing commercially focused advice to clients across a range of sectors.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business development activities.
The successful candidate will have: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 8+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
Strong experience managing complex commercial real estate matters independently.
Commercial awareness with the ability to provide practical, strategic advice.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
A proactive approach with strong organisational and communication skills.
