My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Secretary to join an established and highly regarded legal team in Oxfordshire.
You will provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and partners, helping to ensure commercial property transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Diary and meeting management Preparing correspondence and legal documents Opening and maintaining matter files Coordinating searches, enquiries and completions Supporting billing and administration Liaising with clients, solicitors and other professionals Providing proactive support to the wider property team About You You will ideally have previous legal secretarial experience , preferably within commercial property or real estate.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines are essential.
