My client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their well-run, close-knit business in Ely. This is a fully office-based role, working closely with international suppliers and partners. The role suits an experienced sales professional who enjoys leading from the front in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Key duties include:
- Managing and developing the sales function to drive revenue growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distributors
- Working closely with international suppliers
- Monitoring sales performance, forecasting, and reporting against KPIs
