The Role:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you'll support fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their legal career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting searches and dealing with Land Registry applications
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
- Maintaining accurate case files and updating case management systems
- Supporting fee earners and working to deadlines
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a conveyancing or property law role
