Overview

We’re working with a fantastic business based in South Cambridge who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Corporate Support Assistant to join their team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing daily administrative support to the Corporate Account Executives
  • Preparing and sending reports, newsletters, and client communications
  • Assisting with the delivery of services
  • Ensuring all client and campaign documentation is accurate and completed to deadlines
  • Maintaining records and setting up new clients on internal systems
  • Attending exhibitions where required, acting as a positive representative of the business
