We are working with a firm located close to Fenchurch Street are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

Due to growth and ongoing success, this highly regarded client is open to all levels of qualified experience within Conveyancing.

You will have the ability to manage your own caseload and all aspects of sales and purchases, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, and right to buy and deeds of variation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in creating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and third parties at all levels
  • Have a thorough and detailed approach to work
  • Be a team player
  • Have excellent organisation, administration, and communication skills

Job Specifics:

  • Salary in the region of £45,000 – £60,000 dependent on level of experience.
  • Office hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm (one hour for lunch between 1.00pm – 2.00pm)
  • Job Type: Full-time in the office
