We are delighted to be working with this Romford-based law firm. They are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
Typical duties include:
· Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
· Managing lease extensions
· Overseeing re-mortgage matters
· Dealing with new build, shared ownership and Help to Buy cases
· Managing transfers of equity
· Supporting business development activities
Candidate specification:
· Experience working within residential conveyancing
· Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales
· Strong team player with excellent communication skills
· Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload
· Committed to delivering outstanding client service
· Ideally experienced in supervising junior team members
