The successful candidate will have previous experience in handling conveyancing cases and the ability to work under tight deadlines. We are looking for someone to build their knowledge within conveyancing.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage conveyancing processes and have experience within contract packs and post completion.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and others to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to conveyancing.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.
- Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.
- Understanding of Conveyancing procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- Knowledge of case management systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
