Due to growth and ongoing success, this highly regarded client is looking for Conveyancing Paralegals with at least 6 months experience within Conveyancing. More experienced paralegals with solid conveyancing experience will also be considered.

  • Managing own caseload of both sales and purchases on freehold and leasehold matters
  • Title checking, raising and reviewing enquiries and reporting
  • Ordering and checking routine property searches
