Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Slough
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2–3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and busy legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of residential property matters under supervision
- Assisting solicitors with conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents and reports
- Maintaining accurate case records and meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail and a client-focused approach
