A well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Solihull, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across Residential Property matters, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Conveyancing professional to join a busy Residential Property department handling a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload independently while maintaining excellent levels of client service throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion
- Handling: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity, New build matters, Shared ownership transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Conducting searches and reporting on title
- Providing clients with clear and practical legal advice throughout transactions
- Maintaining accurate case management records
- Ensuring compliance with SRA and internal procedures
- Supporting the wider Property team where required
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Professional and proactive approach
- Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced non-qualified Fee Earners are all encouraged to apply.
