Competition/Antitrust Litigation Senior Associate We are working with a specialist litigation practice looking to appoint a Competition/Antitrust Litigation Senior Associate to join its London team.
This is a strong opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ PQE and a solid background in competition litigation who is looking to take on substantial responsibility across complex, high-value disputes.
Key Responsibilities Managing and progressing a caseload of complex competition and antitrust litigation matters.
Advising on competition law issues arising in contentious matters, including strategy and case preparation.
Taking responsibility for key aspects of proceedings, from initial assessment through to resolution.
Working closely with senior lawyers and colleagues across the wider litigation practice.
Supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to the wider practice.
About You 5+ PQE with strong experience in competition or antitrust litigation.
Excellent technical knowledge of UK and/or EU competition law and related contentious work.
Experience managing complex litigation matters with a high degree of autonomy.
Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Commercially minded, collaborative and comfortable working on sophisticated disputes.
