A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Ilford. This firm is well known for its strong regional presence, outstanding client service, and commercial acumen. Due to sustained growth and an expanding client base, they are now seeking a commercially-minded and ambitious solicitor to strengthen their established property team.
The Role:
- Manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and licences
- Development agreements and commercial finance
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Title investigations and property due diligence
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years PQE in Commercial Property
- Proven experience handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent technical knowledge, strong drafting and negotiation skills
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
