The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are working with a fantastic law firm based near Basildon who are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to work on a full-time permanent basis.

Typical duties would include:

  • Preparing document bundles for fee earners as required.
  • Providing assistance to the solicitors within the department in relation to a mix of client work.
  • Carrying out legal tasks, including drafting tasks in relation to legal documentation.
  • Drafting correspondence, preparation of SDLT returns and Land Registry forms, and liaising directly with clients.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and relevant parties.
  • Attending meetings and taking notes as required.
  • Maintaining case files and ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance.

The successful candidate should have:

  • A law degree or previous paralegal experience.
  • An interest or experience working within Commercial Property.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Well organised with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Good client facing skills and able to build positive relationships.
