The Role
- Assist fee-earners and manage elements of your own caseload under supervision.
- Opening files and conducting client onboarding.
- Handling SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
- Preparing contract packs, searches, reports and completion documents.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors.
- Progressing straightforward matters independently.
- Maintaining excellent file management and compliance.
About You
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential conveyancing.
- Experience managing your own caseload (with supervision where required).
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and readiness to take initiative.
- The ability to work full-time in the office.
